Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All products sold are brand-new and shipped in new, unused condition.
Store Credit
If the size, fit, or style is not suitable, you may request store credit within 30 days of delivery. In eligible cases, store credit may be issued without requiring a return. Contact us with your order number to request assistance.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Return instructions will be provided by email where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued after returned items are received and inspected at our facility.
To qualify for a refund:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in original condition with tags and liners intact
• The return must be sent by mail
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Returns with unpaid customs or duty fees will not be accepted
We do not charge any restocking fees.
If the item is not returned, no refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review the case and provide a resolution.
