Terms
By placing an order with Madam Muse, you agree to the following:
• All products sold are brand-new and shipped in new, unused condition.
• The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify shipping addresses after dispatch.
• We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
• Returns must be sent back by mail.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
• We do not charge any restocking fees.
• Refunds require the returned item to be received and inspected at our facility.
• Refund processing time is 2 business days after return approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• If the customer does not return the item, no refund is owed.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers must contact support@madammuse.co to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks submitted without prior contact and reasonable resolution attempts may result in delays in dispute processing.
This policy is designed to comply with Visa, Mastercard, and applicable consumer protection guidelines.
