Terms

By placing an order with Madam Muse, you agree to the following:

 

All products sold are brand-new and shipped in new, unused condition.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify shipping addresses after dispatch.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Returns must be sent back by mail.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was incorrect or defective.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds require the returned item to be received and inspected at our facility.

Refund processing time is 2 business days after return approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If the customer does not return the item, no refund is owed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers must contact support@madammuse.co to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks submitted without prior contact and reasonable resolution attempts may result in delays in dispute processing.

This policy is designed to comply with Visa, Mastercard, and applicable consumer protection guidelines.
