• European Union: 5–15 working days

• Rest of World: 7–20 working days

Processing Time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Tracking details are sent by email once the order has shipped.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.

No logos or product names are visible on the exterior.

Product Condition

We only sell brand-new products.

All items are shipped in new and unused condition.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in original condition

• The return must be sent by mail

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We do not charge any restocking fees.

If the item is not returned, no refund will be issued.

Refunds
