Shipping & Returns

We make it easy to treat yourself — and even easier to make it right if something's not perfect. Here's everything you need to know.

Shipping Times

UK Orders: 2–5 working days with tracked delivery.
Europe: 4–12 working days depending on destination.
Rest of World: 5–14 working days depending on region.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow every step of the way.

Discreet Packaging

All orders arrive in a plain, unbranded package — no logos, no lingerie mentions. It's our way of keeping things between us.

Returns

If something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all full-price items.

Condition: Items must be unworn, with tags and hygiene liners intact.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on underwear, sale items, or visibly worn pieces.

How to Start a Return

Email us: Reach out to support@madammuse.co with your order number and reason.
Wait for approval: We'll review your request and send return instructions.
Send it back: Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Partial refunds may apply if items are returned used or without tags.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

Exchanges

Need a different size? UK customers get 30-day free size exchanges — just return your item and request the new size. International customers can exchange too, but must cover return shipping.
