Your order ships with tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

USA: 5-8 working days
EU: 5-15 working days
Rest of World: 7-20 working days

Processing Time: 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Tracking is sent by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

All products packed and shipped in our official Madam Muse packaging.

If Something Doesn’t Fit

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, email us with your order number and our support team will assist you.

In many cases, we can offer store credit or help with a different size without needing a return.
