Refund policy
At Madam Muse, we offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
All Madam Muse items are shipped brand-new, unused and in original condition. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in new condition, inside the original packaging, to be eligible for a refund.
Store Credit
If the size, fit or style is not quite right, you may request store credit within 60 days of delivery.
In eligible cases, store credit may be issued without requiring a return. Please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll assist you.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us within 60 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and your location. Where applicable, return or replacement instructions will be provided by email.
Returns & refunds
You may return your order for a refund within 60 days of delivery.
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at support@madammuse.co with your order number and let us know you would like to make a return.

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and checked at our facility.
To qualify for a refund:
• The item must be unworn and unused
• The item must be in new condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• You must contact support@madammuse.co before sending the return
• The return must be sent by mail to the correct UK or US return address after receiving our return instructions
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• A valid return tracking number must be shared with our support team
• Returns with unpaid customs or duty fees will not be accepted
We do not charge any restocking fees.
If the item is not returned, we can not process your refund.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Our team will review the case and take care of it.
