We want you to love your fit.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer solutions that don’t require shipping items back.


Store Credit (Easiest Option)

If the size, fit, or feel isn’t what you expected, we offer store credit, and you keep the item.
No return required.
Just email us with your order number.


Exchanges

We can send a new size.
In many cases, you may keep the original item as well.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued after the original item is returned and inspected.

Requirements:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • No marks / scents / damage

  • Tags and hygiene stickers attached

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

If a returned item shows signs of wear or arrives with unpaid duties,
the refund will not be eligible.


Wrong or Damaged Item

If you received the wrong product or something arrived damaged, email a photo.
We’ll verify and resolve it — often by sending the corrected item and allowing you to keep the original.


Non-Refundable

  • Gift cards / store credit

  • Items returned used or damaged

  • Returns sent without approval

  • Packages returned with unpaid customs fees
